Azita Ghanizada

Azita is a native of Kabul, Afghanistan. Azita is an Afghan American who lives in the United States. Her family fled Afghanistan and tried to seek asylum in the US. She was born in the US. Her middle sister was raised to the age of Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her on-air camera work by appearing in several National Commercials. Ghanizada starred as Chiara in the Laura Neri film A Kiss on the Nose (2003). In recognition of the performance, she won in the festival's Cannes Film Festival, for the Best Actress Award. The actress was a guest star in several television series, including How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars Wedding Bells Num3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Most recently, she played the role of a support actress in the science-fiction action movie Blood Shot (2009) and the comedies that are independent You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada first appeared in the General Hospital Prime-Time spinoff General Hospital. In the second season, Night Shift, Ghanizada was the role of Dr. Saira Bhatra who is an holistic physician. Ghanizada was cast as Kelly the Prada salesgirl on HBO Entourage. In 2009, she was a part of The Tough Trade pilot from Weeds' creator Jenji Cohan, and executive producer T Bone Burnett.
